I love a skin treatment before bed. I use this time to intentionally wind gown and get grounded.
Starting with the Cleansing Oil to get off my mascara and sunscreen. I like to massage it in, wait a few minutes and steam off with a hot towel.
Then I do a face mask, the clay mask feels clarifying but not at all drying. It has an epic ingredient list. Based in bentonite, kaolin, pineapple, lemon, pomegranate, dandelion root, Echinacea, milk thistle, and burdock root. It’s like no other clay mask you have ever tried.
To nourish overnight I slather on the Serum Magique. It’s rich in Hawaiian sea silt for increased hydration, an antioxidant boost with apple and argan stem cells, sake yeast, American caviar oil, and then a bunch of potent oils. It’s pretty heavenly.
I finish off with a hefty dose of the Shinrin Énergie Mist, inspired by the practice of Shinrin Yoku, or “Forest bathing.” It’s a divine hydrosol that soothes the skin and clears the energy of the day.
This little routine is super grounding, and my skin feels soft and luminous as I climb into my sheets.
